Beon, CitiPower, Powercor and United Energy acknowledge and pay respect to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the First Peoples of Australia, whose ancestral lands and waters we work and live on throughout Australia.

We’re working to create meaningful and beneficial relationships and opportunities for First Peoples and their communities.

• Reconciliation Action Plans: Our three Reflect Reconciliation Actions Plans formalise our commitment to meaningfully engage in reconciliation in the areas of respecting cultural heritage, creating opportunities and learning and development.
• Powercor Pre-Apprenticeship Scholarship Program for First Peoples: We offer financial support to First Peoples undertaking a Certificate II in Electrotechnology. Recipients also receive additional hands-on and skill development training onsite.
