LGBTQ+ at EY New Zealand

The EY network group, Unity, supports LGBTQ+ EY people and their straight allies to create an inclusive culture where LGBTQ+ individuals can be their authentic selves at work.

In New Zealand, EY has maintained the Rainbow Tick since 2017. 

In 2021, EY won the Innovation Award for their work on Bi+ Inclusion at the NZ Rainbow Excellence Awards. In a Trans-Tasman first, this initiative brought together 12 of our major clients at the wavespaces in Auckland and Sydney for a collective deep-dive into the challenges faced by bisexual/pansexual (Bi+) people in the workplace, and to co-create a pathway forward.
