What You'll Do

As a Systems Engineering Graduate at BAE Systems, you will:

  • Participate in the development and management of System requirements, models and documents (System Specifications, Product Breakdown Structure, System Design Documents, component specifications, interface specifications, MBSE artefacts, etc.)
  • Perform analyses to define and characterise the system and its components.
  • Participate in the development and execution of system tests and agree on component tests to ensure the implemented designs conform to specifications
  • With the support of component suppliers, integrating components in a logical manner ensures emergent properties and limitations are exposed and acceptable.
  • Maintain the design and its documentation in accordance with the applicable configuration management, change management and traceability processes plans.
