In 2021, BAE Systems was awarded the Prime Minister's Veterans' Employer of the Year award in the Large Employer Category. In 2023, it was recipient of the Defence Connect veteran program of the year award.

BAE Systems’ veteran initiatives are led by the VetNet Australia committee. VetNet also works with external partners enhance value for current and future employees, ensuring that their service of our nation continues to be recognised and valued.
