I have worked out quite quickly that no day is the same at Robert Walters and it is something that excites me each day as it is always fast-paced in the office.
We have a checklist as graduates to go through all the skills and knowledge we need to have to be proficient in our roles. We usually have a quick chat to see how I’m going and get updated on anything I need to know if I need any additional help with anything.
I send the framework back to my team for a final review, it is nearly client-ready! It is great to see our work over the past 5 months taking its final form.
Where I’m from in the region, there’s not enough resources on a STEM career for young girls. It was my school event that inspired me to pursue a career in Cyber.
