We are seeking the following:

Talent Acquisition Graduate

You'll be working across a diverse range of recruitment activities and add value to the businesses through:

• Initiating the hiring process by understanding the business needs
• Developing tailored sourcing strategies and writing engaging job ads that speak directly to the target candidate audience.
• Reviewing and shortlisting candidate applications and interviewing to determine the best fit for the organisation
• Creating insightful reports to clients and manager on candidate and talent acquisition activity.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure compliance for recruitment processes is complete

We are looking for motivated and results driven graduate who are keen to understand the Talent Acquisition function and start their career in HR.

Time management, prioritisation and adaptability are key attributes which will make you successful in this role.

Successful candidates MUST have:

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in 2020 and 2021 (You should be qualified in Information Technology/ Information Systems or any other related degrees).
