We are accepting Finance interns who are willing to learn and gain hands-on experience in providing support for Finance & Admin Team.
Job Description:
- Assist in the collation of documents needed for audits
- Prepare account schedules and analyses
- Check the propriety and completeness of documents
- Assist in organizing/filing of documents
- Coordination with Finance and Admin team members (or other departments if needed) on functions related to documentation and account analyses
- Other additional tasks that may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduating student of Finance or Business Management related courses
- Can commit more than 400 hours for the whole internship
- Analytical and takes ownership of learning
- Detail-oriented, organized, and systematic
- Has the ability to handle and be discreet on highly sensitive and confidential information
- Good communication skills and ability to interact well with diverse personalities
- Proficient with Google Docs, Sheets, and other GSuite Apps
- Must have a personal laptop/computer and stable home internet connection of at least 3Mbps
- Willing to report everyday in Boni, Mandaluyong office.
