Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:  

  • Provide administrative and creative support to the Marketing Manager (ANZ) at R&S Australia.  
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating logistics for multiple tradeshows annually.  
  • Manage CRM input and handle internal and external communications.  
  • Maintain accurate data input in M4C, including leads, campaign data, and cost tracking.  
  • Offer organizational and logistical support for tradeshows, with occasional attendance.  
  • Maintain the R&S Australia Work Zone (intranet) page and assist with social media planning and post drafting.  
  • Support the maintenance of the R&S Australia web landing page.  
  • Administer R&S merchandise and promotional items, including ordering and stocktaking.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Progress towards a qualification in Marketing, Communication, or Public Affairs.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.  
  • Ability to use online tools such as SAP M4C (training provided).  
  • Proficiency in social media, particularly LinkedIn.  
  • Basic skills in spreadsheet creation and editing.  
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
