Job Summary

We are looking for a talented and passionate social media manager to help us build our community, engage our target audience, strategise and launch social media campaigns, and someone who will be responsible for growing our social media presence and following.

Responsibilities

• Create social media strategies that will deliver results based on KPIs
• Conduct social media campaign performance analysis and report
• Provide actionable recommendations depending on performance and trend analysis
• Create a system to make our social media efforts scalable across all platforms and Prosple brands
• Content calendar creation and post scheduling / monitoring
• Social media community growth and engagement
• Respond to consumer queries and comments in social media
• Implement and manage paid media campaigns (PPC/SEM/Paid Social)

Who we’re looking for

The ideal candidate needs to be knowledgeable in social media marketing, ability to move between analytical thinking and creative, experience using any of the following will be highly regarded: ContentStudio, Jira, Atlassian, Google Analytics, ActiveCampaign, LeadPages, SurveyGizmo, Canva, GSuite

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated with excellent presentation, communication and analytical skills. They will be self-directed, able to work autonomously and have confidence in strategizing and implementing campaigns for social media and community growth. Previous experience in b2b social media strategy and experience in careers, recruitment, media or higher education sectors is highly regarded.

More important than any specific experience, however, is the ability to think independently. You should be a person who can use original thought to create campaigns that achieve the required outcome. You won’t waste time on things that don’t deliver results, and you’ll double down on those that do. You’ll have an excellent understanding of the university student persona and will be able to create communications that appeal to them in multiple markets (e.g. Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Hong Kong).
