As a site engineer, my job is to ensure the effective coordination and control of Works through activities of technical, engineering, inspection, scheduling, planning, survey, procurement and quality control.

Seeing your hard work culminate into a tangible structure.
Why did you choose to work for McConnell Dowell?
Originally, I chose to work for McConnell Dowell because McConnell Dowell presented opportunities to further my self-development through gaining experiences in a variety of areas, many of which are outside my usual comfort zone. In doing so, I have met a myriad of impressive and interesting people, and come to appreciate McConnell Dowell’s focus on teamwork, communication and creativity. As such, I now choose to work for McConnell Dowell not only to further my own ability, but also because I enjoy the work culture, like the people and want to support the people who have supported me to date.
