As a participant of the two-year Lendlease Graduate Program, you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on-the-job activities, networking, and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.

Current Roles:

As a Graduate in Safety, you will become a specialist in Safety through developing a comprehensive knowledge of how the business designs, implements and embeds our principles of safety and methodology at both a project and corporate level. You will undertake analysis to identify safety and wellbeing issues to inform and develop new strategies and initiatives, support current safety programs and gain advisory experience within one of our Construction projects.

About You:

You will enjoy interacting with a diverse range of individuals, be motivated by challenge and change whilst driven to deliver results through your resourcefulness. We look for graduates who are passionate, motivated, and driven to be effective, with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and diversity.  

Degrees that are aligned to (but not limited to) these roles are:

• Construction Management  
• Engineering (Civil/Structural)
• Project Management
• Cost planning  
• Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering
• Commerce, Business, Law, Economics
• Double Degree: Property/Engineering/Project Management/Construction Management AND Commerce/Business

• Graduate applications open on August 1st, 2022
• You must hold Australian/ New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency  
• Submit your CV, academic transcript and proof of Australia residency or citizenship  
• Applications close 21 August 2022, 11:59pm AEDT
• The application process includes Blended Online Assessment, Video Interview, and Virtual Assessment Centre.
• Start your new role in February 2023
