This role is situated in Katherine, surrounded by nature, culture and experience an adventure. If you want hands-on a cultural experience, you must see the Top Diji Cultural experience where you will have an opportunity to learn about Aboriginal Culture from Manual Pamkal and create your own rarrk painting. You will learn how to start a fire with sticks and throw a boomerang! 

The Project: 

Lendlease is proud to be partnering with the Australian Defence Force to deliver $1bn+ of critical infrastructure upgrades and redevelopment at RAAF Base Tindal. The project will enhance air-to-air refuelling and air support capabilities, ensuring we can support critical ADF operations – everything from air combat missions to responding to natural disasters both at home and throughout our region. 

As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the wider construction project teams responsible for coordinating and monitoring the activities and efforts of contractors and suppliers onsite to ensure construction is completed within schedule and cost. This will involve supporting the project across safety, quality, cost and program.   

The Program: 

As a participant of the two-year Lendlease Graduate Program you will be supported through a structured learning and development program, rotations, dynamic managers, various on-the-job activities, networking and social activities – allowing you to build lasting relationships with both senior leaders and fellow graduates.

Degrees that aligned to this role but not limited to: 

  • Construction or Project Management 
  • Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Environmental and Asset) 
  • Construction Economics, Architecture, Design, Quantity Surveying or Architecture
