Work hard and be determined within your team. Management can easily transfer you to a different team of your specialist which increases possibilities.

Haven't really thought much about taking more responsibilities but it seems good if that's what I'll be interested in. As a grad, there's not too much responsibility but I think after the grad program, they'll start giving me more work and responsibility. As with pay, there's 6-month reviews so I think it will keep up with market rate
