Marketing Assistant (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Collaborate with a national team of Marketing Assistants and Coordinators.  
• Work with lawyers and marketing team members on tenders and capability statements.  
• Maintain the firm’s website, LinkedIn, and intranet.  
• Design documents and advertisements.  
• Prepare and distribute external communications.  
• Conduct research tasks on industries and clients nationally.  
• Support event management, including liaising with stakeholders, venue selection, designing invitations, managing guest lists, and overseeing client experiences at events.  

About you

Ideal candidates will have:  

• Holds a recent degree in marketing, commerce, or a related discipline.  
• Is business-minded and can work autonomously.  
• Has a keen interest in marketing and business development.  
• Can think strategically and contribute valuable ideas.
