Commercial Government – Junior Solicitor (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:  

• Engage in strategic and complex major project work for Australian Government clients.
• Provide general commercial and contract advisory services.
• Prepare and review market documentation and contracts.
• Advise on all stages of the procurement lifecycle, including design, tendering, evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:  

• 0-2 years of post-admission experience (PAE).
• An interest in government transactions, procurement, and commercial matters.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions.
• Ability to draft clear and concise communications.
• Willingness to apply for or hold an AGSVA Baseline clearance.
