Launching your career with us means working with industry experts, while making meaningful contributions to our clients and community.
The firm has wonderful mentors who care for the professional growth and personal well-being of team members. Everyone's contributions are highly valued.
Super structured, comprehensive and continuous.
I never have to work overtime – the firm is committed to preserving work/life balance.
Even as a graduate, I can work from home. I generally spend 1-2 days at home, which is the norm for most employees (obviously some more, some less, I just prefer to be in office).
The workplace culture is very inclusive, and I really feel like part of a team.
The salary could be higher in comparison to other graduate cohorts.
The very occasional disconnect between partners and lawyers about workflows and opportunities for work.
Some teams are better than others at training and getting grads involved.
The entire office hotdesks (there are no private offices) and sometimes getting a seat in the office can be tricky.
From a graduate perspective, progression in the firm is not yet clear.
