I think we have good diversity, in that the mentioned qualities do not impact how we hire in anyway. Although, in saying that there are no females or LGBT people on my team.

Dolby has made active changes within their recruitment process to try to remove bias around academic and demographic backgrounds.

Dolby goes out of its way to recognise and promote diversity. This includes societies within Dolby made to recognise diversity, office events and the general culture of acceptance and flexibility. The retention rate at Dolby as a result is very high.
