Please comment on your company's office space, location and facilities. And while we're at it, please tell us a little about the dress code.
Reception at the office is very poor. Have to move out of the office to make a phone call.

Site offices are basic demountable but this is common practice in the industry. The basics are provided and well maintained and there are very rarely complaints about this. Main offices generally have more amenities such as coffee machines and free fruit.

Office space and facilities are great. Office location could be better but is still great, and the dress code is a mix between smart casual and business casual

Site office is fine but the head office in Hawthorn gives a very dated atmosphere and aesthetic.

I am an engineer working on site, so I don't go too often to the city, but the few days I had to go there was not enough space to sit, so it would be great haven more space for engineers and parking space as well. It is very difficult to find park and keep moving the car to don't get fined.

Site office is quite far from town, two hours of travelling to and from the office everyday. Basic facilities are adequate, e.g. toilet, kitchen, microwave etc. Dress code: long sleeve uniform and pants and steel boot
Graduate, Townsville - 30 Jul 2024
The company head office is quite nice, but different sites have different facilities and while some sites have thought out facilities, most do not. The dress code on site is quite consistent with requirements for the day, high - vis if there are works on site and polo or casual wear when no works on site.

Office facilities are pretty good.
Graduate, Perth - 29 Jul 2024
The office space is clean, open, and well-organized, which helps foster a productive work environment. The facilities are great, and the location is conveniently close to the work site

Site offices arent always the greatest but we have pretty bare minimum facilities. office isnt fancy but it works. crib rooms, toilets etc are adequate. we get fruit, coffee, snacks in the office frequently. we have a table tennis and pool table in the lunch room

Newly renovated to increase space in the office. It is located in Belmont, WA with all necessary facilities.

POB office is great, although I rarely have the opportunity to work there. I think the dress code at the head office ranges from site attire to formal clothing. On site, our offices are less boujee, but still high quality. The dress code in site offices aligns with general site PPE.

Location is not the best
Graduate, Brisbane - 01 Dec 2023
As purely based on site, office sheds are spacious, well ventilated and excellent general housekeeping. Dress code is full PPE.

BMD is growing in South Australia meaning there are more people than ever. The current BMD office is not big enough to accommodate all the new people, but BMD has planned to move into bigger office which is great. It is always good to where casual clothes in the main office. The site offices are a bit harsh. e.g., toilet, the office itself, PPE

When in the office, they wear the office uniform, and they try to maintain the office neat and tidy as possible. But when it comes on site, I don't expect the site office to be clean like 100% clean, because the dust from outside is everywhere. The lunchroom is disgusting, there are some labourers who do not care about their surroundings. I tried to clean as much as I can if I have time and open up the issue during prestart.
