The managers are quite accessible and are good mentors but are limited in their available time, so it is sometimes difficult to have long periods of time for mentoring. Praise, constructive feedback and recognition are given accordingly, sometimes a bit later than needed, but never forgotten.

The mentors i have are really good and are supportive of all team members. the managers at the project level are invested in what we do however it feels like upper management have an underappreciation of what we do on site

There is always good and bad managers. I dont necessary choose a manager as a mentor. My mentor section is based on how approachable the person is and it can be any senior engineer from a site engineer to project manager.

All the managers I've had have been easily accessible. They have all been solid role models, and fewer of them I would consider good mentors. In my experience, the approach from them for internal comms, performance feedback, praise and recognition has been on an "as required" basis. This has worked well with the dynamics we've had, because I ask for feedback when I need it.

Great mentors and managers

Managers are very open and are always more than happy to help. Mentors are very good, more than happy to share their knowledge/expertise and taking the time to explain concepts. Even with hierarchy, managers always facilitate inclusion for everyone.

The senior leading team does such a fantastic job at interacting with the graduate engineers. Always there is giving advice and will be there to listen to your problem.

All I can say is amazing they are very helpful.
