Culture at BMD

All my colleagues are friendly and easy to work with. Everyone gives me a hand when needed.

Culture at the company is good and everyone looks after each other and their needs. Those in the site offices are good with teamwork and a clear hierarchy is defined.

So far BMD's culture is really family orientated. every in so friendly and always there to help you if your struggling. everyone just wants to see you prosper.

The culture is very open, and everyone is extremely supportive of each other mostly. Great experiences seeing co-workers outside of work hours.

I have felt welcome and guided from colleges in the same role as me, and from colleagues that are in a higher role and with plenty of experience.

People are very friendly at work and happy to chat. Occasionally people hang out after hours.

Family oriented culture

The company culture within the office is quite supportive and encouraging and peers and superiors are more than willing to provide opportunities of growth. After hours socialising depends on the team and the individuals and are not often due to busy schedules, but when these activities take place they are quite positive and have great mentoring for day to day works in the office and for personal growth outside of work.

I'm new to BMD so I am not sure about the culture. But so far, I feel its good

The company's culture is very positive and supportive.

Teams are created very equally with an ok amount of engineers of different levels per team. I work really well with the other teams and sharing the work load and asking for help where needed as we sit in a large office together, its very easy to have conversations with the people around you and have a good laugh

It depends who you're working with, ultimately. Generally speaking, I get on with our seasoned staff and we socialise frequently at work - occasionally, outside of work.

Some colleagues get along very well and work very well together. there are some who prefer to only talk about work activities. there are a few people who are not easy to deal with, they rarely get involved with the broader team unless its mandatory.

People at work become family and friends

The company has a really good culture. In the office I enjoy working within in my team everyone radiates good culture and we have a great structure.

Culture is very average within work hours and doesn't offer a lot of other social activities

Collaborative and helpful. Tasks are distributed accordingly and appropriately to each role with realistic deadlines. Everyone looks out for one another and understands each other's strengths. Weekly events held after hours i.e., going to local pub to enhance team bonding.

Culture in BMD one of the best. Everyone respect each other regardless of which country you are from, you age and gender. When needed help everyone is there for you.

For me, it is really hard to speak English language as English is not my first language, and the Australian accent are too thick, I am still coping with that. However, they know your nationality, and they will try to adjust, and they will teach you as long as you as questions.
