Your role:

As a Psychologist you will provide behavioural science skills and knowledge across a wide range of organisational psychology roles including: occupational, selection and research psychology; training development and delivery; and performance enhancement and psychological awareness.

Air Force Psychologists are integral to the development and implementation of new initiatives that improve the overall wellbeing and effectiveness of the Air Force workforce.

For this role, you must be over 17 at time of appointment, an Australian Citizen and able to obtain a Security Clearance. You will also need a four year degree or postgraduate qualification in psychology and hold full registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist. It is desirable for applicants to hold a Masters of Organisational Psychology or have two years' experience in the provision of psychology services within an operationally focused organisation. Provisional psychologists studying a Masters of Organisational Psychology are encouraged to apply, however will need to obtain full registration with AHPRA prior to appointment.
