Your role

You will be part of a team that is at the forefront of Atlassian’s growth. Its mission is to establish Talent Acquisition as a strategic competitive advantage for Atlassian. The team leverages technology, data and innovative branding techniques to help propel its global brand to that of a leading employer in the technology space. They are focused on scaling the brand as a predictable, reliable and transparent function that focuses on partnership with their stakeholders that is underpinned by their wider global talent and workforce planning strategies. Through this, they strive to play an integral part in advancing Atlassian's growth objectives.

As a talent acquisition intern you will;

• Get a feel for life in Talent Acquisition while also getting a close look into what it's like to be full-time in this function after you have graduated.
• You'll play a crucial role in one or many areas across our key programs portfolio. Some of our key programs in Talent Acquisition are - scaling our capacity to grow Atlassian, optimising distributed recruiting and diversity, equity & inclusion.
• Throughout your internship, you will have the support of a manager and mentor to ensure effective learning and achieve expected internship outcomes.
• You'll also enjoy the opportunity to meet with and network with peer interns and leaders from within the team and other functions of the company.

Training & development

Atlassian's Student Internship program is a 12-week immersive program into everyday operations & responsibilities. About you

The Atlassian talent acquisition team is looking for ambitious and enthusiastic students to join their fast-paced organisation as interns. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment.

Requirements

• You will be currently enrolled in a bachelor's, master's, or PhD program and graduating
• A passion for the People function and the opportunities we are solving through the Talent Acquisition function’s charter.
• You can think from multiple perspectives, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders while also considering the big picture.
• You are comfortable leading with data and can effectively embed it as needed in your daily workflows and desired project outcomes.
• You have a communication style that's both clear and empathetic; while being detail-oriented.
