Workplace Technology Intern (Nov 2024)

Your role

Join Atlassian as an intern and spend your summer with them having an impact on how millions of users collaborate and use software. As a Workplace Technology Intern, you will report to the broader Workplace Technology Team.

Responsibilities

• You will diagnose hardware and software issues, assist with data transfers and conduct audits of their AV systems.
• You will assist the Workplace Technology Team team with documentation and delivering training as we roll out their new initiatives.

About you

This program is open to penultimate-year university students with Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency, or New Zealand citizenship. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The internship dates are late November 2024 to late February 2025, full-time for 12 weeks.

Requirements:

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Information Systems or other technical majors and completing your studies by January 2026
• You have experience using and troubleshooting MacOS and Windows or a drive to research potential issues & fixes independently before asking for assistance
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• This can be a remote position.
