The opportunity

We are hiring an intern position in join our Document Cloud Solutions Consulting team!

Solution Consultants are the primary technical resources for sales and marketing in the field, supporting the Adobe's flagship applications in Document Cloud including Acrobat, Sign and Document Services APIs.

We work with Adobe’s customers, and with our internal Marketing teams to ensure customers are maximising the benefits and value realised from their Adobe investment. These engagements can be highly technical in nature and our presentations are always designed to inspire and delight. We focus closely on customers specific use cases and needs helping uncover challenges they have with their document workflow processes. We work with all different departments within a company including HR, Procurement, Legal, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance etc.

What you'll do

Working within the Document Cloud Solutions Consulting team, you will work to become an expert in the best-of-class Adobe Document Cloud tools, with an opportunity to extend beyond this as your knowledge grows. This will involve working with other Solution Consultants to uncover business problems and learning how to present and demonstrate these solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of an organisation. Throughout the internship you work on an assigned group project with the aim to present back to management at the end of your internship.

What you need to succeed

  • Graduate by the end of 2023
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident or a New Zealand citizen based in Sydney
  • Ability to work a minimum of 3 days per week for 6 months (April to Oct 2023)
  • Demonstrates interest in business strategy, and technology
  • Passion for new knowledge and learning technology
  • Creative self-starter with strong business problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in teams and with people at all levels in an organisation
  • High level of energy and personal drive
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Experience with Adobe Document Cloud (Acrobat, Acrobat Sign or APIs) and understanding of building APIs is a strong bonus​

Role: Analysing data + insights to reflect and review past and present performance, predict future performance, and build strategies around this to add value to and improve business. Day to day responsibilities vary on the work I'm doing and certain deadlines/ events that are on, however I work through juggling meetings with my team and other internal stakeholders, working on projects independently, checking in with my manager, setting aside time to upskill through training courses (very useful as I use a lot of software/ technical skills and am still early in my career).
